World Peace Day at Lighthouse
On September 21, Lighthouse International School joined communities around the world in recognising World Peace Day by wearing blue.
We believe education is not only about what students learn in the classroom, but also about helping them understand the world around them. By learning about international days and the values they represent, our students can begin to understand their role as part of a wider global community.
Wearing blue may be a small gesture, but it gave our students an opportunity to take part, show their support, and learn that meaningful change can begin with small actions.
At Lighthouse, we hope to encourage our students to carry these values with them and contribute positively to their communities in the future.
