Gauttier holds a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in English, from Ateneo de Davao University. Since 2019, he has been teaching English and multimedia in an international programme in Thailand, where he also led marketing. Recognised with the Exemplar of Service Award in 2018 and Teacher of the Year Award in 2024, Gauttier has played a key role in rebranding projects, supporting website development, and launching creative student initiatives.
