What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire our café team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth service.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Monitor inventory, stock control, and ordering.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop ideas and initiatives to enhance sales and grow the business.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Is a Thai National.
- Has previous experience in Food & Beverage management or a similar leadership role.
- Possesses excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Is proactive, organised, and customer-focused.
- Can communicate in English (preferred).
